Thursday, I had one of the toughest gigs I ever did. There was an opening of a new shopping center and I had to be a strolling juggler for 10 hours. There was all sorts of entertainment there: stilt walkers, balloon artists, characature artists, and face painters...but only a few of us had the full 10 hour day.
Now, yes I can juggle and yes I perform sometimes as a juggler, but there's a huge difference between juggling for the length of a song, and keeping it going for 10 hours. My arms are still aching today and it's Saturday!
My legs are also in a bit of pain from walking all over the place, on cement, for such a long period of time.
I have to do the same thing next Thursday, and then I'll be finished with this gig. Next time I'm going to think a little bit harder before accepting something like this.

Wow! Working at anything for 10 hours is exhausting - I can't imagine what it's like to do something physical and repetitive for that long.
