This time I was in Virginia with my sister, my dad, my uncle and my brother came down from DC for 24 hours. It was good family time, and a lot of exercise. I'm really sore now.
There was running,
There was tennis,
There was a 4 mile hike,
There was more tennis,
There was a 7 mile hike (which I think was 8)
Now, walking is kind of a problem. That should hopefully clear up soon.

Whew! I'm tired just thinking of that 4 mile hike, girl! It's been awhile since I've visited, and I'm glad I got to see today's post and that awesome photo of you at the Cascades! =0)
