Last night my cat, Betty Boop, passed away. When I got home, she was having a bad time breathing (again), and I took her to the emergency vet. They gave her oxygen and did xrays...it was much worse than before. They said there wasn't much they could do.
She was a good cat, and lived to be 11 years old. I really missed her snuggling with me last night.
I'm so sorry you lost your friend. Pets really have a knack of becoming a art of your family. I remember hearing somewhere that the reason that pets have such a short life span is because their purpose is to bring love and be loved and they live that purpose so well they don't need to stick around for decades. You'll always have great memories of Betty and she'll be with you everytime you think about her
ReplyDeleteI am so sorry to hear about Betty! They become part of the family, and are with us too short of a time!
