So for the past couple of weeks, I've been having internet issues. Sometimes it works great, and then when I really need it to work, it's slower than dial-up. It has caused me great frustration and aggravation. I realized, that wow, I'm paying a lot of money to have it not working... I better get off my butt and call.
The recorded message actually told me, "For internet trouble, you can always visit our website at... blah blah blah". Really??!? How am I going to do that if I have internet trouble.
I finally got a real person, and they're sending someone over. Of course, the minute I hung up, it started working again which is how I'm writing this in the first place. Hopefully it will be reliable soon...
I totally sympathize with you on internet problems. We have DSL but it's not very fast and goes out without warning. Hope yours stays up for a while. And seriously, waiting on hold to talk to a real person is so frustrating.
ReplyDeleteJoin the club! We allegedly have super speed broadband, but as our exchange is a rural one and our home is at the end of that particular line, super speed it is not! However, it is better than dial-up was. One day, in the UK, we're promised we will all have the speed we signed up for. Until then, we just have to put up and shut up!
ReplyDeleteI feel your pain. I've been having Blogger issues.
ReplyDeleteI know the feeling. Fingers are crossed that it keeps working and you don't have to use the hammer! LOL!
