The most awesome cake!

I don't usually blog about other people's blogs, but when I saw this amazing post I kniw I had to. ShrimpSaladCircus created this cake that looks just like shimp roe sushi! Not only does she make it, but she tells you exactly how she did it.




Once you know how, it's not that difficult, but figuring out how to make it in the first place takes a talent that I simply don't have.

One of my favorite shows on TV is the Ace of Cakes, where they make all sorts of really cool (and really expensive) cakes for all kinds of events. When I saw this blog, it totally reminded me of the show.
